They will have forgiveness and a great reward. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah - they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for righteousness. But Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. — Saheeh International ﭟ ﭠ ﭡ ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ ﭧ ﭨ ﭩ ﭪ ﭫ ﭬ ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ O believers, if an evildoer brings you any news, verify ˹it˺ so you do not harm people unknowingly, becoming regretful for what you have — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful. — Saheeh International ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ And keep in mind that Allah’s Messenger is ˹still˺ in your midst. If he were to yield to you in many matters, you would surely suffer ˹the consequences˺.1 But Allah has endeared faith to you, making it appealing in your hearts. And He has made disbelief, rebelliousness, and disobedience detestable to you. Those are the ones rightly guided. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah. If he were to obey you in much of the matter, you would be in difficulty, but Allah has endeared to you the faith and has made it pleasing in your hearts and has made hateful to you disbelief, defiance and disobedience. Those are the [rightly] guided. — Saheeh International ˹This is˺ a bounty and a blessing from Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran [It is] as bounty from Allah and favor. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. — Saheeh International ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ ﮞ ﮟ ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰ ﮱ ﯓ ﯔ ﯕ ﯖ ﯗ ﯘ ﯙ ﯚ ﯛ And if two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them. But if one of them transgresses against the other, then fight against the transgressing group until they ˹are willing to˺ submit to the rule of Allah. If they do so, then make peace between both ˹groups˺ in all fairness and act justly. Surely Allah loves those who uphold justice. — Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. — Saheeh International The believers are but one brotherhood, so make peace between your brothers. Kejujuran adalah dakwaan yang besar dalam segala sesuatu, dimana pelakunya butuh kepada hujjah dan bukti, dan yang paling besar dalam hal ini adalah dakwaan beriman yang merupakan pusat kebahagiaan dan keberuntungan. Oleh karena itu, barang siapa yang mengaku beriman, mengerjakan kewajiban dan lawazim yang menjadi bagiannya, maka dialah yang benar imannya atau mukmin hakiki. Jika tidak demikian, maka dapat diketahui, bahwa dia tidak benar dalam dakwaannya dan tidak ada faedah pada dakwaannya, karena iman dalam hati tidak ada yang mengetahuinya selain Allah Ta’ala. Dengan demikian, menetapkan dan menafikannya termasuk memberitahukan kepada Allah apa yang ada dalam hati, dan ini merupakan adab dan sangkaan yang buruk kepada Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala. Oleh karena itulah pada ayat selanjutnya Dia berfirman, “Katakanlah kepada mereka, "Apakah kamu akan memberitahukan kepada Allah tentang agamamu keyakinanmu, padahal Allah mengetahui apa yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi; dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu."
